We at CCA think efforts should be rewarded. An increasing number of companies big and small are choosing to reduce their environmental impact, leading by example with both the products they produce and those they use. The importance of this cannot be underestimated, many people feel over whelmed by the current situation and seeing businesses take steps to be part of the solution can really help to show the wider public that we can all make the effort.
The ‘Coastal Cleaners Approved Venue’ Scheme mainly focuses on food and drink establishments, outlining a check list of 10 eco-friendly practices. If a business regularly achieves 7/10 from the list then a CCA Approved rating for that year is given and a specially designed logo can be displayed.
